At Shop By Fusion, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. If there is an issue with your product, you may request a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:

Refund or replacement is available only if:
Item arrived damaged
Incorrect item received (product / color / size)
Items are missing from the package
Package is lost during transit
Delivery was made to the wrong address due to our mistake
Proof Required:
Clear photo or video evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Change of mind or product not needed anymore
Wrong size selection by customer
Shipping address entered incorrectly by customer
Claims made without valid proof or reported after 7 days
Sale or customized/personalized items
🚚 Return Shipping
In most cases, physical returns are not required.
If a return is approved by our support team and shipping is needed, the customer will cover the return shipping cost, unless the issue was caused by us.

Refund is processed after approval from our support team
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable
