Refund or replacement is available only if:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • Incorrect item received (product / color / size)

  • Items are missing from the package

  • Package is lost during transit

  • Delivery was made to the wrong address due to our mistake

Proof Required:
Clear photo or video evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.


❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or product not needed anymore

  • Wrong size selection by customer

  • Shipping address entered incorrectly by customer

  • Claims made without valid proof or reported after 7 days

  • Sale or customized/personalized items


🚚 Return Shipping

In most cases, physical returns are not required.
If a return is approved by our support team and shipping is needed, the customer will cover the return shipping cost, unless the issue was caused by us.


💰 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refund is processed after approval from our support team

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
